4. Account Registration

To access the full functionality of the Platform, you must register an Account. Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform at any time. The existence of multiple Accounts, whether discovered at registration or at any subsequent point, constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.1 Accuracy of Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. 4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 4.3 Account Currency

5. Account Verification

7. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted via the cashier section of the Platform. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise approved by et777's support team. 8. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses are subject to the terms outlined in this Section as well as any specific terms accompanying the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between this Section and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

8.1 Wagering Requirements

All Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. 8.2 Eligible Games

8.3 Bonus Abuse

8.4 One Welcome Bonus Per Player

9. Betting Rules

9.2 Voided Bets

Voided bets are refunded to the Player's Account Balance at the original stake amount.

In-play (live) betting markets are subject to rapid changes in odds and availability. et777 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice. Bets placed on suspended markets will be void unless they were fully confirmed prior to the suspension.

9.4 Maximum Winnings

10. Casino Games

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing et777 staff or other Players via any communication channel.

12. Account Suspension and Closure

et777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) a breach of these Terms has occurred; (b) the Account is being used for fraudulent or illegal purposes; (c) the Player no longer meets the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3; or (d) continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other Players.

Where an Account is closed due to a proven breach of these Terms, et777 reserves the right to withhold the Account Balance pending investigation. Where the investigation confirms no breach on the Player's part, the Balance will be returned in full via the Player's registered payment method.

13. Intellectual Property

et777's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under or in relation to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit et777's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
